Return and Exchange

Size Exchange Policy
  • Conditions: You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. You must provide clear photos of the product and tags. All requests are verified.

  • Pickup & Shipping: Reverse pickup is available in most locations. If not, you can self-ship the item, and courier charges up to ₹200 will be reimbursed with valid proof.

  • Other Details: Exchanges are dependent on size availability. A ₹99 exchange handling fee per order applies and will be collected upon delivery of the new item.

  • If the size is unavailable:

    • Prepaid Orders: You can get a refund to the original payment method or store credit for the product value. Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.

    • COD Orders: You will receive store credit for the product value only. Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.

  • Partial Exchanges: You can exchange selected products in a multi-item order. The handling fee is applied once per order.

Returns Policy
  • Conditions: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. You must upload clear photos for verification.

  • Pickup & Shipping: Reverse pickup is available in most locations, and a flat ₹99 return handling fee per order applies. If reverse pickup is not available, you can self-ship the item and get up to ₹200 reimbursed for courier charges, but the ₹99 return handling fee still applies.

  • Partial Returns: Allowed for multi-item orders, with the handling fee applied once per order.

How Refunds Work
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes a quality inspection, which takes 3–6 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: You can receive a refund to the original payment method (minus the ₹99 return handling fee) within 5–7 business days, or opt for store credit for the product value.

  • COD Orders: A refund is issued as store credit for the product value only.

  • Store Credit: Valid for 12 months, can be used on future orders, and is sent to your registered email and phone number within 24 hours.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and COD charges are not refunded.

Damaged or Wrong Product
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • After verification, a free pickup and replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, innerwear, lingerie, and final-sale/clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
